Admission and Enrollment Procedures
College Credit Certificate Program
Students seeking admission into the credit certificate programs, like all other students seeking academic credit from the University, must first be admitted to the University of Tulsa. Certificate applicants complete a convenient, short application form and provide supporting documentation to the Division of Continuing Education.
Students may take certificate programs or individual classes on a not for credit basis by contacting the Division of Continuing Education at 918/631-2524 or by email: deanna-saplin@utulsa.edu.
Program Registration Requirements:
- Applicants must be twenty-five years old or older;
- Must have been out of full-time education for a minimum of two years;
- Required minimum of sixty college credits;
- Some certificate programs may have additional admission requirements
Please note: Students currently seeking a degree from the Unviversity of Tulsa will not be eligible for certificate programs offered the the Division of Continuing Education.
Enrollment Application Instructions:
- Submit the application with a nonrefundable $30 application fee (waived for full-time University of Tulsa employees);
- Please request each institution that you have attended since high school to send an official transcript of your academic record;
- Complete Verification Signature / Legal Regulations form;
- If your employer agrees to pay all or part of your tuition, the following documents must be submitted prior to enrollment:

The University of Tulsa Company Deferment Information Form (if applicable)

Your company’s written statement/form agreeing to pay all or part of the tuition charges

Permanent Resident Alien (PRA) Verification Form (if applicable)
